In 2025, Scholarship America celebrated major milestones in our history—and we embarked on major initiatives that will define our future.
Since our founding in 1958, Scholarship America has grown to become the nation’s largest administrator of scholarship programs, and 2025 marked our biggest financial impact yet. We delivered $338 million to more than 110,000 students, bringing our total distribution to more than $6 billion in our history.
Our supporters’ generosity, advocacy, and belief in students are central to everything we’ve achieved. In 2025, we focused on:
- Launching an ambitious technology initiative to provide our sponsors and students with a more robust, proactive and data-driven experience, including an entirely new application and administration platform.
- Working to reimagine emergency aid alongside local and regional partners, tailoring programs to keep students on track when faced with financial challenges.
- Expanding the field of scholarships to ensure support for all students, whether they’re attending four-year universities, trade schools, community colleges, registered apprenticeships or workforce certification programs.
As we continue to evolve in response to student and sponsor needs, Scholarship America is committed to delivering the same combination of best-in-class service and nonprofit mission that our sponsors, students, and supporters rely on—and that’s kept our very first client with us for 50 years.
