Scholarships for Current College Students

The scholarship search doesn’t end after freshman year! Scholarship America offers plenty of scholarship opportunities for students at two-year and four-year colleges.

Applications are now open for:

  • Frontline Families Scholarship Fund (Open through February 17, 2025)
    Financial assistance for the surviving family members of frontline healthcare workers and volunteers who lost their lives in the fight against COVID-19
  • TIAA First-Generation Scholarship (Open through February 28, 2025)
    $5,000-$10,000 awards for first-generation undergraduate students who plan to continue their education in college
  • Steiner Family Scholarship (Open through March 4, 2025)
    Renewable awards of $2,500 or $5,000 to students pursuing higher education at a two- or four-year college in the U.S. or Canada
  • Essential Visionaries Scholarship (Open through March 6, 2025)
    Renewable scholarships to students pursuing degrees or certificates in education, counseling, psychology, or nursing
  • Scholarship America Veteran Scholarship for Educators (Open through March 6, 2025)
    Financial assistance for U.S. military veterans pursuing degrees in education, or school-based counseling, school-based social work or school psychology
  • Invictus/Verus Scholarship Program (Open through March 13, 2025)
    Scholarships for eligible college undergraduates interested in pursuing a career related to business, finance, capital markets, real estate, banking, law or accounting
  • The Pittsburgh Foundation Community Programs (Open through April 1, 2025)
    A large variety of scholarship funds for students pursuing undergraduate education
