A message from Executive Chair Bill Ford:

Bill Ford

Education encourages a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, an attribute essential for thriving in an ever-changing world. That is why assisting our employees in their efforts to provide post-secondary education to their children is incredibly important to me.

I am pleased to offer the William Clay Ford, Jr. Scholarship Program once again in 2025. The program provides $1,500 in assistance for children of U.S. Ford employees and will open for enrollment on June 1, 2025. To qualify, students must be sophomores in college during the 2025 fall term. Recipients may use the scholarship funds toward a variety of educational expenses, including tuition, fees, books, supplies, and required equipment.

A community service component will again be incorporated into the selection criteria this year. I firmly believe that community involvement increases a sense of purpose in life, and I have been deeply moved by recipients in the past who have shared with me their experiences.

It is my pleasure to continue this program in 2025, and I encourage every eligible student to apply.

My best wishes to all of you and your families.
