The Ken Guy Memorial Scholarship

Topco Associates, LLC (Topco) has established a scholarship program to honor the life of Ken Guy and the many contributions he made during his 41 years of service with Topco. The Ken Guy Memorial Scholarship Program will assist associates’ children who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Renewable scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.

The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

Eligibility

Applicants to the The Ken Guy Memorial Scholarship must:

  • Be a dependent* child, age 26 and under, of a full-time or part-time Topco associate who is in good standing with Topco and who has a minimum of one (1) year of employment as of the application deadline date.
*Dependent children are defined as natural and legally adopted children or stepchildren living in the employee’s household or primarily supported by the employee.
  • Be a high school senior or graduate, or current postsecondary undergraduate.
  • Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational or technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
