The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

2026 Renewal by Andersen | Moore Holdings Tuition Assistance Program

Renewal by Andersen | Moore Holdings is pleased to continue its Tuition Assistance Program, supporting the educational goals of our team members and their dependents.

Over the past two years, this program has helped close to 100 employees and their dependents pursue their educational aspirations by providing more than $200,000 in total scholarships. By investing in education, we support personal growth, career advancement, and the continued success of our company and the communities we serve.

Applications for the 2026 Tuition Assistance Program will be open from March 11 through April 10.

Eligible team members and their dependents may apply through our partnership with Scholarship America, which administers the application and award distribution process.

Applications must be submitted by 3:00 PM CST on April 10. For important details regarding eligibility and program specifics, please review the FAQs.

Eligibility

Applicants to the Moore Holdings | Renewal by Andersen Tuition Assistance Program must be an employee or a dependent child of an employee and must meet the following criteria:

  • The employee must be employed full-time by Moore Holdings, LLC or affiliates*
  • The employee must be employed a minimum of one (1) consecutive year as of the application deadline

Dependent Children Applicants:

  • Dependent child is defined as a child who qualifies for benefits offered by Moore Holdings, LLC or its affiliates
  • Be enrolled or plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational-technical school, CEGEP Institution, or graduate school for the entire upcoming academic year
  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)

Employee Applicants:

  • Be enrolled or plan to enroll in full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate study (at least six credits or its equivalent) at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational-technical school, CEGEP Institution, or graduate school for the entire upcoming academic year
  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
  • Pursue or be in pursuit of a degree in Business or a related field as determined by Moore Holdings, LLC

*Affiliates are comprised of all the businesses that carry the “Renewal by Andersen” brand names including:

    • Atlanta Custom Windows, LLC d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Georgia
    • Windows, LLC
    • Long Island Custom Windows LLC d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Long Island
    • Jemico, LLC d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of San Francisco
    • Garden State Custom Windows LLC d/b/a Renewal by Andersen NJ / NY Metro
    • Fairchester Custom Windows, LLC
    • Toronto Custom Windows Corp d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Greater Toronto
    • Any other affiliated companies designated by Moore Holdings, LLC.

     

Awards

All applicants who meet the eligibility requirements will receive an award. Awards of $2,500 USD or CAD per student will be given per calendar year for full-time enrollment. Awards of $1,250 USD or CAD will be given per calendar year for part-­time enrollment. The award payments will be issued in U.S. dollars (USD) to recipients attending college in the U.S. and Canadian dollars (CAD) to recipients attending college in Canada.

Awards are not renewable; however, applicants may reapply to the program each year they meet the stated eligibility requirements. The maximum lifetime award for any eligible employee, including their dependents, will not exceed a total of $10,000 USD/CAD.

Notification

All applicants will be notified in May.

Notifications are sent via email. When setting up your account, avoid using a school or work email. Instead, use an active, personal email address that you will continue to have access to.

Payment of Scholarships

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Moore Holdings, LLC. Payment is made in August.

Requirements

As part of your application, you must upload the following:

  • A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
    • Student name
    • School name
    • Grades
    • Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.

Your application is not complete unless all required materials are submitted electronically.
