We’re excited to share that we’ve teamed with Submittable to deliver a best-in-class scholarship solution platform, designed exclusively for Scholarship America and the thousands of organizations, sponsors, and students we serve.
This new platform combines our 60+ years of expertise in scholarship administration with innovative, secure, and user-friendly technology that will enhance every part of the scholarship journey—from application to selection to award delivery.

Scholarship America remains an independent, mission-driven nonprofit, with top ratings from Charity Navigator, Candid, and other nonprofit evaluators.
Scholarship America selected Submittable as the technology provider to deliver a best-in-class scholarship solution platform. The platform will carry the Scholarship America brand, and all programs will continue to be delivered with Scholarship America’s expert services, individualized support, and student-focused approach.
The choice was made with intention and purpose as the result of more than a year of research, project planning, and a comprehensive RFP process.
Scholarship programs will migrate in a phased approach starting in Q1 2026. More information will be forthcoming regarding the rich features designed to enhance the scholarship experience for sponsors and students. All programs will be on the new platform by Q4 2026.
By combining Scholarship America’s 60+ years of experience in industry-leading program design, scholarship marketing, individualized service, and rigorous IRS compliance with Submittable’s technology, our sponsors will experience a new standard in scholarship program administration.
With built-in support for more than twenty languages, annual third-party SOC 2 Type 2 compliance auditing, GDPR and FERPA compliance, identity verification powered by Veriff, and a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template based on WCAG 2.0, sponsors can expect a student experience that is modern, welcoming, and meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and security.
