The Osage Nation Graduate Degree Award
Program Information
The Osage Nation Graduate Degree Award is a monetary sum awarded to Osage students upon earning a master’s degree or doctorate from an accredited college or university. Students must complete the application and provide a final official transcript showing the degree was awarded. The application and official transcript must be submitted within three (3) months from the date the degree is awarded by the college.

Required Documents
Applicants are responsible for submitting the following documents to complete the application:
- An official transcript showing the degree earned and GPA.
- A W-9 tax form for verification of Social Security Number. Note: This form will be required at a later date after the application has been fully submitted.
