HOERBIGER has established a scholarship program to assist children of employees who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. HOERBIGER plans to award up to ten scholarships of $2,000 each.

I am the Head of People and Culture for HOERBIGER North America, where I oversee a wide range of initiatives aimed at supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Regarding the HOERBIGER North America Scholarship Program, I work closely with our Business Unit Leaders and the People and Culture team to ensure its smooth operation. This includes collaborating on eligibility criteria, communicating with employees about the program, and reviewing how it aligns with our broader commitment to employee engagement and development.
The scholarship program is a natural extension of our broader educational and talent development initiatives. While our internal programs focus on upskilling employees and preparing them for future roles, the scholarship broadens our support by investing in the next generation—our employees’ children.
