Senior Scholarship Advisor

The Senior Scholarship Advisor plays a dual role in both sales and account management for scholarship and education assistance programs. This external-facing position is responsible for managing a sales pipeline from initial lead through program design to deal closure, while also serving as a trusted advisor to Key Clients. This role requires a proactive, client-centered professional with strong communication, project management, and problem solving skills – someone who is equally comfortable navigating sales conversations and managing high-touch, ongoing relationships with Fortune 500 company contacts.

Scholarship Program Administrator

Full-time – hourly, Multiple openings
Fully remote or hybrid in Bloomington or St. Peter, MN
The Scholarship Program Administrator position directly contributes to our mission by effectively facilitating a portfolio of scholarship programs to change students’ lives through scholarships. This role will work with client partners to guide them through their program cycle, including client contract approval, student application, evaluation, selection, notification, college payment and reporting.  The position consults with clients on Scholarship America best practices to achieve student outcomes and program goals. The Program Manager also works with cross-functional internal teams that support program delivery and assists students, parents, and school officials in a team environment regarding the scholarship cycle.

AI Marketing & Content Specialist

Full-time – salaried
Fully remote or hybrid in Bloomington or St. Peter, MN
The AI Marketing & Content Specialist will lead campaign development, digital automation, and brand-aligned content creation across platforms. This role owns the execution of high-impact email and web campaigns using HubSpot and other CRM/marketing automation platforms, integrating AI tools to enhance personalization, efficiency, and top-of-funnel performance. This is a high-impact, technical role focused on automation, optimization, and content performance.
