Resilient Futures Award

This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team

Eligibility

Recipients must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be nominated
  • Be high school seniors or graduates or current college undergraduates
  • Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year
  • Demonstrate financial need that cannot meet and cover the cost of higher education
  • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)

Recipients are consideration based on a nomination process.

Awards

Awards of up to $50,000 will be granted to each scholar. Scholars will provide Scholarship America with their Cost of attendance (COA) to finalize their annual award amount.

Award amounts are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and award payments will be issued in USD.

Awards are renewable up to three (3) years or until a bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first, on the basis of satisfactory academic performance (maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale), and full-time enrollment.

Awards can be used for any education-related expenses listed on the COA.
