Bridge to Education Scholarship Program
Bridge Investment Group has established a scholarship program to assist residents of properties managed by their affiliates who plan to continue their education in college.
Bridge to Education Scholarship Program
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
Eligibility
Applicants to the Bridge to Education Scholarship Program must be:
- Residents of one of the following properties* managed by affiliates of Bridge Investment Group Holdings, LLC
- High school seniors, high school graduates, or current technical or college/university undergraduate students
- Plan to enroll in part-time (6 credits per term or more) or full-time undergrad study at accredited two or four year college university or vocational-technical school for the entire 2026-27 academic year

Awards
- Up to 10 awards of $9,000 to students attending a four-year school.
- Up to 20 awards of $3,000 to students attending a two-year school.
Part-time enrollments (6 credits per term or more) will be eligible for 50% of the award.
If students transfer from a two-year to four-year institution, they will not have their award adjusted but will be eligible to seek renewal for a four-year award in the following academic year, subject to meeting renewal eligibility requirements.
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Renewals
Scholarship awards are renewable for:
- up to three years or until a bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first, for 4-year institution awards.
- up to two years, or until an associate degree (or equivalent two-year program) is earned, whichever occurs first, for 2-year institution awards.
Condition of scholarship awards and eligibility for renewal:
It is a condition of the scholarship award that students:
- Maintain their school enrollment
- Maintain satisfactory academic performance
- Participate in the Bridge Scholars Mentoring program
- Respond to a Bridge Scholars survey that will be sent to scholarship recipients at the start of Semester 2
Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Awards can be used for any education-related expenses.
Notification
All applicants will be notified in June.
Notifications are sent via email. When setting up your account, avoid using a school or work email. Instead, use an active, personal email address that you will continue to have access to.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. Payment is made in August.
Selection of Recipients
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:
- Academic performance
- Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities
- Work experience
- A statement of educational and career goals and objectives
- Unusual personal or family circumstances
- An online recommendation
Financial need is not considered.
Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. play a part in the selection.
Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. Students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.
Requirements
As part of your application, you must upload the following:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than three business days after the application deadline date.
Your application is not complete unless all required materials are submitted electronically.
