Epsilon Nu Boulé Foundation, Inc. has established a scholarship program to assist students who identify as Black or African American and plan to continue their education in college.
Mr. Charles M. Reynolds Jr. was an esteemed and faithful member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity and a very successful businessman, bank president and first African American federal bank examiner assigned to the southern states. His memory continues to be an inspiration to others who knew him and those who benefited from his council and philanthropy.
A Morehouse College graduate and former board member, Mr. Reynolds was a strong advocate for higher education and sought out every way to encourage young students to take advantage of the educational opportunities presented to them. Despite his unassuming demeanor, Mr. Reynolds habit of encouraging students to pursue excellence, brought him a wealth of accolades and honors.
Mr. Reynolds left a legacy that honors his credo. Respect, Integrity, Competency and Excellence. “RICE”, as he called it. “RICE is difficult in the short run… but if you keep it in the forefront of your life as your guiding light, and if you use it when times get rough, in the long run, you will come out on top.”
In Mr. Reynolds honor Epsilon Nu Boulé Foundation, Inc. has established a scholarship program to assist students who plan to continue their education in college.
