Castle Lanterra Scholarship Program

A scholarship program for active residents of eligible Castle Lanterra and their dependent children for the upcoming academic year.

Castle Lanterra Scholarship Program

Castle Lanterra has established a scholarship program to assist active residents of eligible Castle Lanterra and their dependent children who plan to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the upcoming school year.

The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be active residents or dependent* children of active residents who are in good standing** of one of the following properties:
    • Mountain Vista (Lakewood, CO)
    • Regatta Sloan’s Lake (Denver, CO)
    • RiDE at RiNo (Denver, CO)
    • The Ranch at Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO)
    • Loftin Place (West Palm Beach, FL)
    • Vue at Belleair (Tampa, FL)
    • 222 Saratoga (Baltimore, MD)
    • Harbor Pointe (Bayonne, NJ)
    • The Lena (Raritan, NJ)
    • Residences at the Triangle (Austin, TX)
    • The Link at Twin Creek (Allen, TX)
    • Sage Corpus Christi (Corpus Christi, TX)
    • Meridian Obici (Suffolk, VA)
    • West 130 (Long Island, NY)
    • Metro 303 (Long Island, NY)
    • The Bridge at McKinney (McKinney, TX)
    • Agave (San Antonio, TX)
    • Reserve at Maple Ridge (Atlanta, GA)
    • Reserve at Birch Creek (Atlanta, GA)
    • Capitol Crossing (Suitland, MD)
  • Be high school seniors, graduates or current postsecondary undergraduates or graduates who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.

Children of the leadership team who report directly to the President/CEO are not eligible to apply for a scholarship.

*Dependent children are defined as natural or legally adopted children or stepchildren living in the resident’s household or primarily supported by the resident.

**Residents (or children of residents) who are not in good standing as defined by the property management will not be eligible to apply.

Awards

Award Amounts

Up to four (4) awards will be granted, and distributed as follows:

  • One (1) award of $5,000 will be granted to the top ranked student.
  • Three (3) awards of $1,000 each will be granted to the next ranked students.

Awards are not renewable, however, students may reapply each year they meet eligibility requirements.

Awards are for undergraduate and graduate study.

Notification

Applicants will be notified in April.

Notifications are sent via email. When setting up your account, avoid using a school or work email. Instead, use an active, personal email address that you will continue to have access to.

Please make sure to add studentsupport@scholarshipamerica.org as well as the program email address as safe senders in your email contact list.

Payment of Scholarships

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Castle Lanterra. Payment is made in one installment in early August.

Selection of Recipients

Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:

  • Academic performance
  • Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities
  • Work experience
  • A statement of educational and career goals and objectives
  • Unusual personal or family circumstances
  • An online recommendation

Financial need will not be considered.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Castle Lanterra play a part in the selection. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

Requirements

As part of your application, you must upload the following:

  • A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
    • Student name
    • School name
    • Grades
    • Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.

NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.

One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than March 4, 2026 3:00 PM Central Time.

Your application is not complete unless all required materials are submitted electronically.
