William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program
U.S. Bank, as Trustee of the William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation has established a scholarship program to assist male students from high schools in the St. Louis Metropolitan area who plan to continue their education at an accredited four-year college or university.
William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
Eligibility
Applicants to The William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation Scholarship must:
- Be male high school seniors attending a high school in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. This includes high schools in Franklin County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County, St. Louis County, and the City of St. Louis in Missouri. In Illinois, this includes high schools in Madison County, Monroe County, and St. Clair County.
- Be planning to enroll or already enrolled in a full-time course of undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year. (Excluding Washington University in St. Louis and St. Louis University where separate William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation Scholarship Programs are administered.)
- Demonstrate financial need as calculated by Scholarship America.
- Be recommended by a school official.
Award Information:
- If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award ranging from $2,000 to $5,000.
- Awards are renewable up to three years, or until a bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first, on the basis of satisfactory academic performance.
- Awards are for undergraduate study only.
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:
- Academic record
- Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities
- Work experience
- Statement of educational and career goals and objectives
- Unusual personal or family circumstances
- An online recommendation completed by a school official
Financial need, as calculated by Scholarship America, must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award.
Notification
All applicants will be notified in June. Not all applicants to the program will be selected as recipients.
Notifications are sent via email. When setting up your account, avoid using a school or work email. Instead, use an active, personal email address that you will continue to have access to.

Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of The William Pablo Feraldo Memorial Foundation. Payment is made in one installment in mid-August.
Requirements
As part of your application, you must upload the following:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than April 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM Central Time.
The recommendation must be completed by a school official.
Your application is not complete unless all required materials are submitted electronically.
