Heniff Holdco, LLC has established a scholarship program to assist children of employees who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.
Heniff Holdco, LLC has established a scholarship program to assist children of employees who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Since it’s inception in 2018, the program has awarded over $330,000 to dependents of Heniff Company employees.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
Applicants to the Heniff Scholarship Program must be:
Children of officers, executives, and children of 1099 contractors are ineligible to apply.
Children of employees of Miller Transporters, Inc. are ineligible to apply due to eligibility under the H. D. Miller, Sr. Scholarship Program.

Heniff Scholarship Awards
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award of $3,000. Up to ten awards (10) awards will be granted.
Awards may be renewed for up to three additional years or until a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate is earned, whichever occurs first.
Renewal is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance in a full-time course of study and continued parental employment. Parent must be in good standing and employed by a Heniff Company or affiliate as of July of the current distribution period.
Awards will be limited to one new or renewal per family at a time.
Awards are for undergraduate study or qualified vocational-technical study only.
H.D. Miller Sr. Scholarship Awards
If selected as the recipient, the student will receive an award of $1,500.
The H. D. Miller, Sr. award is not renewable, however, students may reapply each year they meet eligibility requirements.

Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Heniff Holdco, LLC. Payments are made in one installment in August.

Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. In no instance does any officer or employee of Heniff Holdco, LLC play a part in the selection. All applicants agree to accept the decision as final.

NOTE: If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
