Barb Weber, Vice President, Operations, Scholarship Management Services, has been with Scholarship America since 1988. She has served as a Program Manager, Senior Manager, Training Coordinator and Director of Operations. Barb's responsibilities include overseeing the administration and conduct of over 1,300 scholarship and tuition assistance programs.
Barb is also responsible for customer satisfaction, client negotiations and maintenance and new product development. Prior to joining Scholarship America, she held positions at Farm Credit Services and State Farm Insurance.
Barb graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA with academic distinction from the University of St. Thomas. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
In addition, Barb serves on the Board of Directors for the National Scholarship Providers Association where she currently holds the position of Board Secretary.
Scholarship America’s Dream Award is a renewable scholarship fund targeted toward completion. These annually-increasing awards will be given to students selected from across the nation who are entering their second year of education beyond high school.
