Aramark created the IN2WORK program to help incarcerated men and women train and prepare for food service and retail warehouse careers after release—and the new IN2(the)FUTURE scholarship will help the children of IN2WORK graduates pursue their own educational goals.
Up to 55 IN2(the)FUTURE scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded to the children,* age 25 and under, of incarcerated parents who have completed and graduated from theIN2WORK program. Applicants must be high school seniors, high school graduates or current college undergraduates who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year. To be eligible, applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply each year for a maximum of four years.
