Pei-loh Lo joined Scholarship America in 1988 as program manager in the Scholarship Management Services division. For the past 28 years, she has been responsible for scholarship and education assistance administration, affiliate services, staff training, customer service and quality assurance. Under her direction, the operations team works closely with clients to implement more than 1,300 education assistance programs each year and supports Dollars for Scholars volunteers in over 500 communities, delivering financial support critical to student success.
Prior to Scholarship America, she was Director of Human Resources at Men’s Division of Warnaco Inc. She earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts and has been an active volunteer in the community.
Scholarship America’s Dream Award is a renewable scholarship fund targeted toward completion. These annually-increasing awards will be given to students selected from across the nation who are entering their second year of education beyond high school.
In 2014, more than 125,000 students received over $236 million in scholarship support and assistance from Scholarship America – a record-breaking year for the nation's largest provider of private scholarships.
