Scholarship America is proud to partner with Zinch.com in support of America's youth. Our relationship links our services, ensuring that more students and their families have access to more resources that will help them navigate their way to postsecondary programs.
Zinch is an online social network that has become one of the top outreach tools for US colleges and universities. Started as a dorm room project at Princeton University, Zinch allows students to showcase themselves to colleges early in the recruiting process. Zinch does this by allowing students to create multimedia profiles, highlighting their talents and accomplishments to colleges as well as providing a place to interact with college admission officers and their student peers. The student’s information is totally safe and secure, and can be relayed to interested universities at the student's discretion. And all Zinch.com services are free to students!
In just over a year, Zinch has already helped over 700 colleges, including more than 50 of the US News and World Report Top 100, to make real connections with over 1 million students nationwide. Here's what students are saying:
"Zinch has created a bridge among students and colleges. In reality, Zinch has completely redefined college communication all together. Zinch has helped me tremendously and has introduced me to many colleges I did not realize were even an option for me." — Trishul, High School Student, CA
