Jen Menke, Vice President, Human Resources & Student Success Programs
Jen Menke joined Scholarship America in April 2014. She leads the Human Resources department, helping ensure a high-quality and engaged workforce, and Scholarship America’s Student Success Programs team, overseeing the Dollars for Scholars, Collegiate Partners and Dreamkeepers programs.
Previously, Menke served as senior vice president, Career and Incentive Development at Stream Global Services, where she was responsible for the creation of the Career Hub, a non-profit organization focused on education and building careers. She also worked with companies such as GE Commercial Finance, Target, and Ceridian.
Menke holds a B.A. in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Purdue University, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
