Scholarship America For Students

Scholarship America and Dollars for Scholars know that students like you are the future leaders of our nation and world. You have unlimited potential to do great things, and that's why Scholarship America's Dollars for Scholars program has spent the last 50 years working with communities across America to help students achieve their educational dreams.

We'd like to introduce you to a few of those students. Our Chicago HOPE Dollars for Scholars chapter started just a few years ago, and they've already done a great deal for students. In addition to renewable scholarships, the chapter's board members provide mentoring for students throughout college. Best Buy @15: Thank you!
Best Buy’s @15 Exchange gives teens the opportunity to decide which nonprofits get how much of a quarterly $250,000 donation. Dollars for Scholars was one of four organizations competing for student votes in the quarter ending April 30; we're thrilled to announce that the site's student users gave us 41% of the total available points!

We'll be using the donation from Best Buy to provide extra funding to our Dollars for Scholars program, and a portion will be given directly back to the students who participated -- funds will be used to give additional CVSA Student Volunteer Scholarships in Dollars for Scholars communities, and for the brand new nationwide UHelp Scholarship. (UHelp Scholarship recipients will be notified in 4-6 weeks. Only recipients will receive notification.)
