The Buick Achievers Scholarship Program, proudly funded by the GM Foundation and managed by Scholarship America, is beginning to announce its national winners for 2013 -- 100 outstanding applicants who will receive four-year renewable scholarships of up to $25,000 per year. (1,000 additional students earned $2,000 one-time awards.) These renewable, annually-increasing awards will be given to students selected from across the nation who are entering their second year of education beyond high school.
