Describe the involvement of the volunteer in chapter programs and efforts. Include offices held, length of service on the board, leadership activities, etc.

Describe the volunteer's efforts to promote and strengthen Dollars for Scholars in the community.

Describe the volunteer's advocacy for education, with students and in the promotion of scholarships to the community.

If appropriate, describe any challenges that the volunteer has encountered and overcome in relation to involvement in chapter programs and efforts, promotion and advocacy.

Finally, attach one letter of recommendation from an active chapter board member and/or community leader.
