The form below will submit your nomination for the New Dollars for Scholars Chapter of the Year Award in Indiana. The winner of this award, as well as the winners of seven other regional awards across the nation, will be entered into the competition for the National New Chapter of the Year Award.

Please note: the New Chapter of the Year Award is for chapters chartered in 2004-05 or later. Older chapters can be nominated for the Chapter of the Year Award.

Criteria for this award are:

Excellence in board membership
- Exemplary board participation in programs and activities
- Minimum of 6 active board members representative of community
Achievement in fundraising efforts
Excellence in community public relations efforts
Exceptional scholarship awards program
